- NOOSH APPAREL DOES NOT make money refunds, changes are made for a different size of the garment or for another garment of the same value or greater than the purchase made. In the event that the garment is not available, a credit will be issued for the value of the purchase.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of package arrival.
- Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of our error.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way, it must be in the same condition you received it, with proper brand markings.
- To initiate a return or exchange, you must first contact our Customer Service team at nooshapparelcontact@gmail.com, Colombia WA number +573142035081, USA +17866430859 with a detailed description of what you wish to exchange (please specify the new style/color /size) and we will get a response back to you within 1-2 business day(s).
- Bodysuits and intimate garments have NO changes, the client must request a technical sheet of measurements before placing the order.
- When making the purchase we understand that the terms and conditions of our brand are being accepted.
